There is no shading at all in this piece. It leaves the people flat and two-dimensional. You need to put fingers on your hands and toes on your feet as well. The girl has a nose but it's so light I can hardly see it. The guy doesn't have a nose at all. You should draw the folds in the clothing as well.
Sorry if this seems harsh, but you asked for a critique and this is my honest opinion. Follow my advice, practice drawing a person at least once a day and you will rapidly improve as an artist.
